Your Role
As Head of AI Products – Consulting, you will take ownership of building and scaling Rhino MC’s next generation of consulting offerings.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product and AI, translating recurring client challenges into scalable, productized solutions.
In parallel, you will lead high-impact client engagements and ensure that product development is grounded in real-world use cases and delivers measurable business impact.
This role is designed for individuals who want to move beyond traditional consulting and actively build scalable, technology-enabled solutions while shaping the future direction of a growing firm.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Client Engagement
- Lead high-impact client engagements at the intersection of business, technology and AI
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Translate strategic challenges into actionable solutions and product opportunities
Product & Offering Development
- Identify recurring client challenges and translate them into scalable, productized consulting solutions
- Define and shape AI-enabled consulting products
- Develop product concepts, value propositions and go-to-market approaches
- Drive the evolution from project-based delivery to scalable offerings
Build & Scale
- Take ownership of building Rhino MC’s product and offering portfolio
- Establish structures, processes and best practices for productized consulting
- Identify opportunities for scaling and repeatability across clients
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting and product topics
- Mentor consultants and build capabilities in product and AI-related areas
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Business Development
- Shape and position AI-enabled offerings in the market
- Support proposal development and client acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product development or a hybrid role
- Proven track record in building or scaling products, offerings or platforms
- Experience in digital transformation, AI or technology-driven business models
- Strong exposure to senior stakeholders and complex projects
Skillset
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on product mindset
- Ability to translate abstract challenges into concrete, scalable solutions
- Experience with AI-enabled approaches in a business context
- Entrepreneurial drive and interest in building new offerings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Education
- Outstanding academic background (Master’s degree or MBA from a leading university)
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
