We are looking for a diligent and organized Back Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high levels of accuracy in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and filing
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars as required
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring data integrity
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations
Communication & Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments and external partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and other documents
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or a related field are a plus
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced lanuage proficiency/ full professional in English and German (both at least C1)
