Your Role
As a Master’s graduate, you will join Rhino Management Consulting as an Associate Consultant, working on high-impact topics at the intersection of digitalization, IT and AI.
From day one, you will take on responsibility in structuring problems, developing analyses and preparing decision-ready recommendations for senior clients.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives at the intersection of business, technology and AI — including strategy development, operating model design and large-scale transformation programs. In parallel, you will be involved in building our AI-driven offerings, such as productized consulting solutions and AI-based applications.
This role is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional consulting career. You will not only work on client projects, but actively help shape a modern consulting firm.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Transformation
- Contribute to the development of digital, IT and AI strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Contribute to the design of target operating models and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Translate complex challenges into structured problem statements and actionable solutions
AI & Innovation
- Support clients in adopting AI-driven solutions, including emerging AI-based approaches
- Contribute to the development of Rhino MC’s own AI offerings and productized consulting assets
- Help shape scalable, repeatable solutions at the intersection of strategy and technology
Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct structured market, industry and technology research
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive clear insights and recommendations
- Develop decision-ready presentations for senior stakeholders
Client Exposure
- Participate in client meetings and workshops from an early stage
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and contribute to key discussions
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery
Project Delivery
- Contribute to the planning and execution of consulting projects
- Collaborate closely with experienced consultants in small, focused teams
- Take ownership of workstreams and deliverables early on
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Outstanding Master’s degree from a leading university (e.g. business, economics, engineering, IT or related field)
Experience
- First practical experience in management or IT consulting (e.g. internships)
- Exposure to digital, technology or transformation topics
Skillset
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to break down complex topics into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership early
- Interest in AI, digital business models and emerging technologies
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English and German (both at least C1)
