Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of key project workstreams and play a central role in delivering high-impact transformation initiatives at the intersection of business, technology and AI.
You will work directly with senior stakeholders, structure complex problems, guide analyses and ensure the delivery of clear, decision-ready recommendations.
Beyond client work, you will contribute to shaping our consulting approach and actively support the development of our AI-driven offerings, including productized consulting solutions and AI-based applications.
This role is designed for individuals who combine strong analytical capabilities with a high degree of ownership and the ambition to take on increasing leadership responsibility.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Transformation
- Lead the development of business, technology and AI strategies aligned with client objectives
- Design target operating models and drive transformation initiatives
- Structure complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions
AI & Innovation
- Advise clients on the adoption of AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies
- Contribute to the development of Rhino MC’s AI offerings and productized consulting assets
- Identify opportunities to create scalable, repeatable solutions
Client Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, workshops and key discussions
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution
Project Delivery & Team Leadership
- Take ownership of project workstreams and key deliverables
- Guide junior team members and ensure high-quality output
- Manage timelines, priorities and stakeholder expectations
Business Development
- Support the development of proposals and client pitches
- Contribute to identifying and shaping new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Outstanding Master’s degree or MBA from a leading university
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy or technology consulting
- Proven track record in digital, technology or transformation projects
- Experience in leading workstreams and managing stakeholders
Skillset
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to independently drive topics and take ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Initial leadership experience and ability to guide junior team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building new offerings
- Strong interest in AI, digital business models and emerging technologies
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English and German (both at least C1)
